If you are not receiving notifications or your workflows scenarios are not working, you should check and make sure that they are enabled.

Notifications and workflows are connected with the campaign they have been created in and will work only with that campaign's NPS data.

To make sure that they will work you will have to access the campaign (or campaigns) where you have created notifications and workflows.

Go to the Notifications tab and make sure that the needed notification is enabled:

Next, access the Workflows tab and make sure that your scenarios are enabled:

Once you've made sure that your notifications and workflows are enabled, click on the Save campaign button.

Finally, make sure that your NPS campaign is also enabled, otherwise, your notifications and workflows will not work.
